Great location, connected to shopping and department store underground. Helpful staff, can arrange halal meals and tours. English-speaking. Lots of attractions within walking distance or short taxi ride. Airport shuttle stops nearby.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations, especially the Spa & wellness centre which offered a variety of beauty treatments, massages and a sauna. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were both relaxing and refreshing.

Although I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, I had a minor issue with the service. Some of the staff were not as attentive as I expected, especially in regards to private facilities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the shopping district of Seoul and near the city center. It was so convenient to explore the major tourist sights like the palaces. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the concierge service was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon tea in the lounge was a wonderful treat. I also loved the connected department store and the nearby street vendors and restaurants.

The decor in the hotel was a bit dated, but it didn't affect my overall experience at all.

The venue is hip new and business, its location is unbeatable, just off Lotte Department Store and train station and a shopping mall🙂

The hotel's perfect location made it easy for us to explore the city, shop, and enjoy good food. The attached malls provided plenty of options for shopping and dining. We were impressed with the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel.

This hotel has a great location for those who want to be near shops, restaurants, and other facilities. Adjacent to the mall and department store, this hotel is only a short walk to the city center, and many tourist attractions including Myeong Dong and city hall. Rooms are well-furnished, with great WiFi, and the staff provided excellent service.

The breakfast was not international enough, lacking variety of foods to suit all tastes.

During my recent stay at a luxury hotel in Seoul, I had the pleasure of experiencing the perfect location and convenience. The hotel was centrally located, just a short distance from the imperial palace and the newly renovated river bank. Plus, being only two blocks away from a subway station made it easy to explore the city.

I recently stayed at Lotte Hotel in Seoul for a week-long trip. The hotel's location was perfect for my travel purposes, as it was situated near various shopping options and provided easy access to the subway without having to step outside. The immediate area offered a wide range of shopping choices and a diverse selection of food options, including food courts, independent restaurants, and a high-quality grocer. The hotel also had some unique amenities, such as heated bathroom mirrors, a body composition service in the gym, and centralized control for lighting and air conditioning. The staff at the front desk, particularly Richard Han and David Ryu, were exceptional in their service and went above and beyond to help us recover a lost phone. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the room provided to us was neat, spacious, and comfortable.

My room was spacious and the bathtub was a pleasant surprise. Despite some outdated features, the overall experience was great. The location was fantastic and the staff were always accommodating.

As party people, we loved the convenient location, perfect for shopping and food lovers. The hotel is just steps away from the vibrant Myeongdong shopping and food district. Plus, being connected to the Lotte Department Store, we had access to great shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops.

The hotel had convenient access to shopping areas and local restaurants. We were able to easily explore the surrounding areas and indulge in the local cuisine. The premium executive room was spacious and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy. The hotel was connected to a departmental store and a food court, convenient for us to shop and try out different food options.

The breakfast timing was inconvenient as it ended quite early at 10am. even though we were staying in the executive tower, we had to walk all the way to the ground floor to join the main tower for breakfast.

The shopping center attached to the hotel was convenient and had a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and provided good customer service. The location was great, with many attractions and restaurants nearby.

I was amazed by everything this hotel had to offer. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff was helpful. The location was perfect as it was pretty close to everything, and transportation was easily accessible. the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from.
